16-02-2012 Cowgirl Card

Take a piece of white pearlescent card. Fold in half and make into a square card 15cm sq.

Now take a piece of blue spotty paper from your paper pad and punch the corners with the double rounder punch. Mount onto your white card.

Take a piece of white card and with cutting die MFD028 cut two borders. Cut a square with MFD029 (we cut the design with the two largest dies, one inside the other).

Stamp your cowgirl stamp with black versafine ink into the centre of your die cut square as shown. On a seperate piece of white card stamp the image again. Colour the stamped images with aquamarker pens in the colours of your choice. Cut the second stamped image and 3D the flower, the pocket and the shoes.

Take a piece of yellow card and cut a square slightly bigger than your square die cut shape. Mount the white die cut borders onto strips of yellow card. Mount them all onto your card as shown.

Use Nellies Floral Punches to cut white leaves and three sizes of flowers. Cut large and medium yellow flowers. Cut medium and small in white. We inked the edges with brilliance sky blue. When you have cut them all put them into the matching embossing punch and emboss. Now layer together with Nellie Snellen Floral Spacers and Brads.

Add blue gems to the points of your square and borders. Assemble your flowers and glue these to your card.

09-02-2012 Love Card

This card can be used for weddings, anniversaries or for valentines day.

Take a piece of white pearlescent card and fold in half to make an A5 card.

Then using a die cutting machine and memory box dies, cut out two corners in pink. one large heart in pink, one buckle in pink and a La Rue Heart in white.

Using spray glue, mount your corners as pictured. Stick your La Rue cut out heart onto the pink heart shape. Mount the heart onto foam dots. Thread the buckle with a piece of ribbon and mount all components as shown.

Finish with your choice of sentiment.

05-01-2012 Leane Creatief Card

Take a piece of 12x12" green card, cut to make a square 15x15cm. Punch your edges with the double corner rounder punch.

From the LeCrea Design Spring Design A5 Paper Pack 2 Ref: 51.7827 take the sheet of paper with leaves printed on it and cut 14.5cm square, round your corners and mount onto your green card.

Cut a strip of the green card 2cm wide and place onto the side of your card as pictured. Cut a piece of your leaves paper and mount as a border.

Cut a double mount of peach and cream card. Peach card measuring 10x11cm and cream card measuring 9.5x10.5cm. Round the corners and mount as pictured.

Using the die cut a Garden Gate from the green card. Mount onto foam pads and position as shown. Using the Swirl Circle & Flowers dies cut the flowers and leaves in peach, green and cream card and position onto your card as shown.

Cut the girl out from the Kids 2 decoupage sheet, mount together with foam pads and place her in position as pictured.

Take a piece of spotted peach ribbon and place at the bottom of your card as shown.

15-12-11 Kanban Christmas Scene Card

Take a sheet of blue glitter card and cut and fold to make a card 21 x 15cm. Cut a piece of pale blue card 20 x 14cm and mount onto your blue glitter card.

Push out your Kanban die cut picture and layer on foam dots as shown. Cut a Marriane design creatable Tree in white. Stick onto a piece of blue card and cut around. Using a glue pen, glitter your greetings and the tree. Then mount your tree onto foam dots and place as pictured.

08-12-11 Christmas Tree Card & Notebook

This week we have included a card for your nearest and dearest, it can take a little while to make so you would need to send it to someone who would appreciate it. We have also included a crafted notebook.

Christmas Tree Card

For all of you who enjoy stitching, this is a really easy card to do.

Take a sheet of A4 white card. Fold and make into a 15 cm square card.

Cut a piece of silver mirror card into 13.5cm square.

Cut a piece of snow white pearlescent card 12cm card.

Round your edges with the double corner rounder punch.

We have included a free pattern which you can
download by clicking here. Centre the pattern onto your snow white pearlescent square.

Place onto a pricking mat. Hold in position with low tack tape. Pierce all of the dots with a pricking tool.

You require three different sorts of beads. 2 x oval pearls and 1 x 3mm pearls. You can use any colours you wish (we have used silver & white).

Thread a fine needle with white sewing cotton. Come up on the outside round, secure your thread on the back of the work with low tack tape. Thread one oval pearl and one 3mm pearl onto your needle and go back down through the next hole. Now work your way around the circle. Repeat for the inner circle with white oval pearls and white 3mm pearls.

Each time you finish your thread, secure with low tack tape.

Now cut a Christmas tree Creatables die. Pierce a few random holes over the tree and stitch a small pearl onto each hole.

Mount the tree on foam pads and place in the center of your circle of beads.

Now stick your card together as pictured above.

Crafted Notebook

This little notebook makes an ideal gift for Christmas and will be appreciated as you spent your time making it.

Take a small piece of 14 count adia (roughly 7cm square). Stitch the design from your free pattern download (click here to download the pattern). We used DMC stranded cotton threads as listed on the pattern. These are not on the website to buy but you can call to order them.

When you have finished, fray all of the edges. Cut a small square of double sided sticky paper (slightly smaller than your finished design), peel off the back and stick to your cross-stich. Cut a pink die cut square using the Nellies Multi Frame dies. Peel off the other side of the sticky paper and stick to your square. Now attach this to your notebook.

Tie scraps of ribbons on the spine of you notebook. Stick die cut or peel off sticker letters to the front of the notebook with your chosen words (i.e Notes, Recipes, Diary etc)

30-11-11 Sleigh Card

If you haven't made any Christmas cards yet, here is a very quick and easy card to make.
Simply take a piece of white A4 card and fold in half.

Now take a piece of A4 Pearlescent blue card and cut to fit your folded card, leaving a 0.5cm border. Now stick to your card.

Take a piece of A4 white card and tear horizontally across to make your snow. Stick this onto the bottom of your blue card.

Cut and emboss one sleigh and two reindeer in white pearlescent card. Mount onto your card with sticky fixers as illustrated.

Use a small piece of white glitter thread for reins to join your reindeer and sleigh together.

Add glitter stars as a background.
