Instructions

Step 1
To make the coloured background we’ve used two pixie powders – Making Waves and Teal Wash

Step 2
Squeeze some of the Making Waves pixie powder into a palette and add a few drops of water – paint across the top and bottom of the card blank (about 1.5” from either end) and across half of the A4 piece of white card (we’re going to cut the dragonflies from this spare piece)

Step 3
Squirt a bit of Teal Wash pixie powder directly onto both the card blank and the spare piece of white card and spritz with water

Set aside to dry

Step 4
Trim the other half of the white card to measure 5×7” – use the border die to cut the top and bottom

Step 5
Cut two dragonflies from your painted card. Squeeze some stickles onto your non-stick craft mat and use your finger to smear over the dragonflies

Step 6
Adhere the white border piece onto your card blank

Step 7
Stamp your chosen greeting

Step 8
Attach the dragonflies using a fine line of glue along the body and lift the wings slightly

Step 9
Finish with a few blue gems

There’s also a lacy butterfly on the same die set
