Card of the week 458

This week’s card was made by one of the John Next Door Angels, Helen Jones using JND367 topiary trees

Instructions

Step 1
Cut a 5″ square of white card and colour with green and blue inks to create a background, adding a yellow sun in the corner

Step 2
Cut the elements from the topiary trees set using oddments of appropriately coloured card; the pot has a little ink around the edge for definition.

Step 3
Assemble the scene using foam pads to add depth (the tree trunk is the only element to be stuck flat to the card in this sample)

Step 4
Finish with a greeting; this one is from Two Jays Magnolia CTJJ213

Step 5
Mat and layer onto a square of black and a white 6″ card
