Instructions

Step 1
Cut mats in blush pink and rose pink card

Step 2
Cut a 6″ square in white and emboss the small dots; place the card centrally in the folder and this will give you a small blank border all round

Step 3
Cut the postage frame in rose pink

Step 4
Cut the happy birthday in white using the happy birthday and plain rectangle dies together (secure in place with low tack tape)

Step 5
Cut the balloons and strings in a mix of the pinks

Step 6
Assemble as shown, mounting the greeting on foam pads
